First Watch Opens New Restaurant in San Marcos, Texas

SAN MARCOS, Texas, June 17, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - First Watch, a Daytime Dining restaurant chain, has opened a new location in San Marcos, Texas. This new establishment offers a variety of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options, including seasonal dishes in a 3,882-square-foot space that seats more than 205 patrons and features an outdoor covered patio.

Located at 1506 N IH 35, Suite 101 at Aquarena Crossing, the new First Watch restaurant began serving customers on Monday, June 17. It operates daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. To celebrate the opening, the restaurant is offering free coffee to all diners from June 17 through June 21, and the first 120 customers will receive a custom, reusable travel mug.

First Watch is known for its fresh, made-to-order dishes that avoid the use of heat lamps, microwaves, or deep fryers. Popular menu items include Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon. The new location also features an indoor brunch bar that offers freshly juiced beverages made from ingredients like Fuji Apple, kale, and beet. Drinks such as the Morning Meditation, which contains orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar, and beet, are available, alongside socially responsible Project Sunrise coffee, sourced from women farmers in South America.

In addition to the regular menu, First Watch offers a rotating seasonal menu five times a year, featuring items like Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juice. The San Marcos restaurant will introduce its first seasonal menu in 2024.
