This latest update includes two new modules and several improvements to its quality management software, aimed at making it easier for companies to maintain high-quality standards and comply with regulations.

The Quality Events Management module enables quality teams to investigate, track, and log any type of quality event within a closed-loop system. This means users can connect corrective actions, nonconforming products, customer feedback, and deviations to any quality event, capturing and standardizing quality events for greater control and consistency.

Additional enhancements in Version 16.0 include:

Document Control module: Option to add target completion dates to document request assignments, with incomplete requests appearing in the responsible parties’ to-do list five days prior to the completion date.
Approval Groups: Ability to add both groups and individuals as approvers to any module records that require approval.
Configurable Templates: Users can build and manage audit checklists, associate them with audit processes, and create project templates reflecting relevant tasks and phases.
Revised User Interface: Updated header and footer design.
Updated Navigation Menu: Condensed navigation menu to provide more screen space.
