READING, Pa., April 5, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Plastics manufacturing company, Brentwood Industries, Inc., has announced Caitlin Banta as its new President & CEO, marking the transition to the third generation of family leadership. Caitlin succeeds her father, Peter Rye, who previously took over from his father, Palle Rye, continuing the family's legacy in leading the company.
Reflecting on her new role, Caitlin shared her deep-rooted connection to Brentwood, "As a kid, I watched my grandfather, Palle, run the business with so much pride and passion. When I was 5 and my family moved from Florida so my dad could do the same, I was too young to understand that this marked the beginning of a multi-generational family business." Caitlin's journey with Brentwood officially began in 2007 as a summer intern, eventually leading to her assuming various roles within the company after graduating from Tufts University.
