Droop, a lifelong Alaskan, brings extensive experience in heavy equipment, off-road trucking, mergers and acquisitions, capital planning, and field operations. She is set to assume her new role on October 16, 2023.

Prior to this appointment, Droop served as the Chief Operating Officer for Colville, Inc., where she managed six business lines in Alaska. She also previously held the position of Vice President of Alaska Field Services for Worley, overseeing more than 1000 employees in sectors such as oilfield construction and fabrication, operations and maintenance, and equipment services.
