LOS ANGELES, September 17, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Actor Jeremy Renner will be hosting the "Heroes Fore Kids" Charity Weekend in Las Vegas this October. The two-day event, scheduled for October 19 and 20, 2024, will benefit the RennerVation Foundation, a charitable organization Renner founded in 2023. The foundation's mission is to support children in Nevada’s foster care system by providing them with resources and programs designed to promote personal growth and development.

The event kicks off on Saturday, October 19, with the Welcome Celebration & Pairings Party, followed by a Celebrity Poker Showdown at the Venetian Resort Poker Room. On Sunday, October 20, the charity golf event, Heroes Fore Kids Pro/Am, will take place at Bear’s Best Las Vegas golf course. The weekend concludes with an All-Star Concert featuring artists such as Robin Zander of Cheap Trick, Grammy winner Rob Base, Richard Page of Mr. Mister, and Skip Martin, formerly of Kool & the Gang and the Dazz Band. Additional artists will be announced closer to the event.

“It is the mission of the RennerVation Foundation to create a community where all children feel valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their dreams. The programs and services that the RennerVation Foundation provides give children a chance to embrace a childhood filled with joy, growth, and belonging,” said Renner.

Tickets to the charity events, including the poker tournament and golf pro-am, are available for purchase, with 100% of the net proceeds going toward the foundation’s initiatives. Local and national businesses are also encouraged to participate through sponsorship or in-kind donations to further support the cause.
