Latinas Leading, LLC Launches Career Coaching Service for Underrepresented Professionals

Founded by Dr. Irma Campos, Latinas Leading, LLC utilizes a unique approach that combines advanced psychological training with business acumen to enhance career engagement, purpose, and productivity.

Latinas Leading, LLC offers customized services including individual career or leadership coaching, group training, and organizational development consulting. The organization is designed to improve self-efficacy, leader and employee engagement, goal setting, and overall organizational productivity.

Campos, a second-generation Latina American, founded Latinas Leading, LLC driven by her own experiences of striving for belonging and identity. She holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida and has over 14 years of experience as a consultant and psychologist. Campos has designed and implemented programs to improve workplace performance, mental health, and inclusivity. She has also published peer-reviewed journal articles and appeared on various media outlets to discuss career, academic, and psychological well-being.
