Liberty Tax Names Kevin Jones as Senior Vice President of Managed Operations

In this role, Jones will oversee nearly 100 managed operation offices, focusing on enhancing client experience, implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and profitability, and streamlining operations across Liberty Tax’s network of franchise locations.

Jones joins Liberty Tax from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he served as Senior Director of Franchise Operations. He brings over two decades of success in operations management and guest services within the hospitality sector. In his previous position at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Jones was responsible for ensuring consistent execution of company policies and programs across all hotels. He also collaborated with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation within the organization. Before that, he spent nine years at LQ Management LLC, where he served as Director of Operations, ensuring consistent guest experiences across the company's limited-service hotels.
