UKG Appoints Sarah Hodges as Chief Marketing Officer

LOWELL, Mass. & WESTON, Fla., December 16, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – HR and workforce management company, UKG, has announced the appointment of Sarah Hodges as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective January 6, 2025. According to the company.Hodges will lead brand awareness, creative experiences, product and industry marketing, field marketing, and customer advocacy.
Hodges, who will report to UKG President, GTM, Rachel Barger, has over 20 years of experience in marketing leadership and go-to-market strategy, including roles at Autodesk and Procore Technologies.

Hodges is currently the CMO at Procore Technologies, where she oversees the company’s global marketing strategy and execution. Before Procore, she held multiple leadership roles at Autodesk, including serving as General Manager of ShotGrid and Vice President of Product Management for Autodesk’s Media and Entertainment portfolio.

Hodges’ appointment follows UKG’s recent leadership additions, including Chief Communications Officer Jennifer Hanley, incoming President and CFO Arlen Shenkman, and Chief Product Officer Suresh Vittal, who is set to join later in January.
