ST. LOUIS, September 22, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - American Medical Administrators, Inc., a healthcare services company dedicated to expanding healthcare access in underserved communities, announced the acquisition of Midwest Bone and Joint Center PC and its Ambulatory Surgery Center. Dr. Chris Main, a renowned orthopedic surgeon, has also joined the organization as the head of Orthopedics.

Midwest Bone and Joint Center PC was one of the largest independent orthopedic practices in the Midwest and operated its own proprietary Ambulatory Surgery Center. With this acquisition, American Medical Administrators, Inc. has acquired its first Ambulatory Surgery Center, enhancing its capabilities to provide patient-focused care.
