Fashion 4 Ukraine to Debut at New York Fashion Week in Support of Children Impacted by War

NEW YORK, September 6, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – The Mriya Gallery in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood will host the Fashion 4 Ukraine runway show on Saturday, September 14, 2024. The event, produced by Olga Ivanidi and Peyton North, will feature prominent Ukrainian and American designers, with proceeds benefiting children impacted by the war in Ukraine through the Bird of Light Foundation.

The fashion show will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. EDT at 101 Reade Street, showcasing collections from designers including Valeriia Yamshchykova of KOHAY, Anna Yudaeva of YUDAEVA COUTURE, OLYA MAK, Olena Knyr of SARASVATY Lingerie, Olena Wills of OLENA NEW YORK, Ira Lysa, KATERYNA, Peyton North of LIVIN THE DREAM, and Lisa Marie of LM.INK. Each designer will highlight a fusion of Ukrainian and American fashion aesthetics, reflecting their cultural backgrounds.

Co-producer and artistic director Peyton North will also feature his designs. North is the founder of the custom clothing brand Livin' The Dream and is known for his contributions to both the fashion and performing arts industries.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Bird of Light Foundation, which provides essential aid to Ukrainian children returning from Russian captivity. The funds will be used for housing, medical care, and educational support.

The event will include live performances, live painting, a silent auction, and an after-party. Premier sponsors include Zirka Place Beauty Salon, SVETA Restaurant, Flowers Central Jersey, VESELKA Restaurant, and Olena Nikitska, a Ukrainian-American real estate agent. Ms. Ukraine World 2024, Anhelina Smith, will also participate as a celebrity model.
