She has over 20 years of experience in leading organizational transformation and change management, with a proven track record in increasing sales and revenue across various sectors.

Hansen holds multiple certifications in Prosci change management and DEIB specialization, and she is recognized as a best-selling author and advocate for equitable community engagement.
