MILWAUKEE, Nov. 4, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Automotive access and security solutions provider, STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION, has announced the appointment of Chey Becker-Varto as Chief Commercial Officer and Linda Redmann as Chief People Officer, effective November 11, 2024. Both executives will report directly to CEO Jennifer L. Slater.

Becker-Varto has a background in purchasing, finance, and commercial strategy, having most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Vayan Group, where she expanded the sales pipeline and enhanced customer relationship management systems. She previously held leadership positions at Clarios, JD Norman Industries, GST AutoLeather, and Lear Corporation. Becker-Varto holds a Master’s in Information Management & Communications from Walsh College and a dual Bachelor of Science in International Business & Spanish from Central Michigan University.

Redmann joins STRATTEC with prior experience in human resources and talent development across high-growth companies. She previously consulted on human capital strategies at Korn Ferry and Bolder HR and served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at SomaLogic. Her career includes roles at Zimmer Biomet, Surgical Solutions, and Leica Biosystems. Redmann holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Tiffin University.
