Red Lobster Names Larry Konecny as Chief Operating Officer
ORLANDO, Fla., November 5, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Restaurant company, Red Lobster, has appointed Larry Konecny as Chief Operating Officer (COO). According to the company, In this role, Konecny will oversee operational strategy for Red Lobster’s 545 locations across the United States and Canada. Reporting directly to CEO Damola Adamolekun, he will focus on improving food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency, as well as fostering a team-focused culture.

Konecny has 30 years of experience in restaurant operations having previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Concept Officer at Maggiano's Little Italy, where he led the brand through a period of record-breaking sales and profit growth. As Vice President of Innovation & Restaurant Support at Maggiano's, Konecny directed a menu transformation and developed strategies to boost lunch traffic.
